Although I can supply you with delicious pie anywhere, for any event, I'm especially excited to partner with Carl House in Auburn, Georgia where brides will be able to serve pie at their reception. I offer a variety of flavors and sizes...from full size pies where guests can have a slice (or two?) to smaller individual sized pies perfect for declaring "this pie is ALL mine." The possibilities are endless!
Try Before you "Pie"
I have a lot of folks at the markets that don't even bother with a sample...they see my sign, read the word Pie and say "but of course!" But for this important day, you want to make sure you're getting the best of the best. I get it, I was a bride once too! That's why I offer private pie tastings. For $30 I can accommodate up to four people and a tasting of two flavors. You may choose from the list below, however please keep in mind that I bake seasonally and not everything is available year 'round. You are welcome to take the leftovers with you to savor at your leisure. Or share with whomever else loves pie...or is footing the wedding bill. If you decide to book with me, the tasting fee will be deducted from your final invoice. It's a win, win really.

The price of nuts is nuts! So those pies that are on the "nutty" side have a small upcharge. But oh so worth it!

How It All Works!
Once you decide that pie is the (only!) way to go, a contract will be filled out and signed by both you and I. I know, it sounds a bit daunting but it's really there to protect everyone involved so there are no misunderstandings or assumptions. I require a non-refundable deposit of $50 or 50% of your order (whichever is less) to hold your spot on my baking calendar. This amount will be deducted from your final bill. You may pay for your entire order upfront if you like or choose to pay in two installments...4 weeks from your wedding and then 1 week from your wedding. I use Paypal invoicing so payments can be easily and securely made online.

*a variety of white porcelain pie stands, wooden boards (for a rustic farmhouse look) & pie servers*

$24-26 per pie

*pick up from my home bakery in Grayson*
*pies baked in disposable aluminum tins*

More Fun Options!
In addition to making full size pies I also make personal sized pies! This is a great way to treat your guests to their own pie either for dessert at the reception or even as thank you gifts for celebrating in your special day. Most of my pies can be made in 6" and ALL can be made in 4" sizes. 6" pies are $7 in multiples of four per flavor. 4" pies are $4 in multiples of eight per flavor. Sorry if that seems a bit confusing it's just that it's difficult to bake in odd numbers and most recipes can't be broken down into smaller quantities. It's hard to halve a raw egg, believe me...I've tried!
If pies are given as gifts they will be packaged in clear cellophane bags with a product label on the back and a round company logo sticker on the front just like you'd see at one of my farmers markets. For a small additional fee you have the fun option of customizing the front label with your name, date of your wedding and/or a special quote like "Thank you for celebrating in our special day" or "Love is sweet, have a treat". Life's too short to be serious all the time!
