Pie a Bakeshop is growing!  To keep up with consumer demand, I am hiring a part time summer helper.

Beginner responsibilities include:
- Cleaning of food prep equipment to keep kitchen running smoothly
- Bagging/labeling of product once baked

Intermediate responsibilities include:
- Prep work
  • peeling, chopping, pitting fruit for pies
  • chopping, mixing ingredients for quiche
- Assembly & baking of non pie products (ie cookies, brownies)

Advanced responsibilities include:
- Processing and rolling dough for pies/tarts
- Assembling & baking of pies/tarts/quiche

Must be available during the day on Wednesdays and Thursdays (production days) for about 4 hours per day.  Schedule may also require availability during the day on Tuesdays (prep days).  As your confidence and ability grows so will your responsibilities.
